Our Exterior Detailing Process

Our procedure covers everything from an efficient hand wash to protection and correction. The service should be thorough and remove dirt and embedded contaminants from the vehicle. Below is a trusted step by step procedure of how we restore beauty to your car from start to finish:

Step one: Cleaning the tires/wheels

Exterior detailing packages usually begin with a thorough wash of the tires, wheel wells, and trim to remove any hidden dirt, grease, or mud.

Step two: Pre-cleaning the entire car body

Pre-cleaning has to do with an initial hand wash of the entire vehicle, including the door surface, the door handle, glass, and wheels. Proper consideration is put into the paint on the vehicle. 

Step four: Contact wash (hand wash) and decontamination

Contact wash is washing with more detail. It includes hand washing every part of the car's exterior, including hidden areas like the If pressure washing is to be used during this process, the pressure of the water has to be very low so as to not damage the paint.

Step five: Drying

After the above steps have been completed, we leave the vehicle to dry out completely. However, the detail doesn't end there. Depending on the package that the client requested or the condition of the vehicle, an extra level of treatment like polishing and paint glazing may be required.

Step Six: Thoroughly clean windows

We like to do the windows last. Aside from the fact that they're made of glass, which makes it easier for us to spot stains and give your driver a clear view with clean windows, we can also make sure every other aspect gets some TLC before you drive off into the sunset feeling confident in your new car's appearance—showroom standard!
